Mental health affects us all - it encompasses our social, emotional and psychological well-being. However, its complexity is often underestimated. Stress, personal relationships, traumatic experiences but also the daily challenges of life can affect us physically and emotionally.

In our society, mental suffering is still stigmatized and seen as a sign of weakness. However, mental health is an important part of our health and should be taken just as seriously as physical health.

At every stage of life, mental wellbeing is of great importance - be it in childhood and adolescence, adulthood or old age. It is therefore important to be aware of your mental health and to pay attention to your needs, talk about them and, if necessary, seek support. This is the only way to lead a fulfilled and happy life.
